USDA FS will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with established Firm-Fixed Pricing for on demand sign language interpretation/oral transliteration services for personnel performing work for the Arapaho Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grasslands. Total Small Business (8) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1282AT18R0005 (9) Proposed Solicitation Period. 8 November 2017 - 12 January 2018. All original solicitation documents are posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 8 as of 8 November 2017. (10) Site Visit. Not Applicable. (10a) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal tele-conference will be held on 30 November 2017. See Section XI, Instruction to Offerors for details. (11) Contact Point or Contracting Officer. This is a Forest Wide service anticipated contract available for use by all ARNFPNG Ranger Districts. Locations are numerous. The applicable counties include: Boulder, Clear Creek, Gilpin, Grand, Larimer and Weld. (13) Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) (14) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period plus four option years (365 days). Base period is anticipated for Award (on or about 29 January 2018) through 30 September 2018. Contract performance for the option years will run from 1 October to 30 September, subject to availability to of funds. (15) Contract Award Date. On or about 29 January 2018. (16) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for single award. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7.
