Description

The Department of the Navy seeks to award a one year lease with four (4) one-year renewal options in St. Marys County, MD. The space requirement is for approximately 15,093 ANSI/BOMA square feet of administrative space with parking to accommodate at least 70 vehicles. The space must be located in St. Marys County, MD, within eight (8) miles of Gate 1 at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. The Navy requires a beneficial occupancy date no later than June 8, 2018.
