- Market Research Questionnaire # 2 AER 600-700 The 764th Specialized Contracting Squadron (764 SCONS), located on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, intends to solicit for the reacquisition of the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) III contract. The purpose of this Notice is to identify companies capable of providing advisory and assistance services for a wide range of technical, program, and Information Technology (IT) support in Europe, and solicit industry feedback to support our market research and improve the acquisition process. This Notice is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse costs associated with this request. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. Any information industry provides as a result of the RFI is strictly voluntary. The Government may use information obtained from industry responses to develop an acquisition strategy and a future RFP. Documentation submitted and received becomes the property of the U.S. Government and will not be returned. Interested companies that have not responded to previous requests for information are requested to provide the following: 1. Company name, address, Cage Code, DUNS Number, NAICS codes, point of contact, telephone number, and e-mail address; 2. Small business status (e.g., service disabled veteran owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), minority business enterprise, etc.) if applicable; 3. Date of business-type certification and company's business size; 4. Annual gross revenue, number of full-time employees by direct labor, indirect labor, and administrative/overhead positions; and 5. Company's primary source of business (commercial/private or Government sector).
