- technical evaluation criteria Technical Evaluation Factors This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is 18-245-SOL-00002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2005-96, effective November 6, 2017. This is an Open Market solicitation. NAICS code is 541618 - Other Management Consulting Services, Small Business size standard is $15 million. See Section 7.2, page 9, section titled: Major Deliverables to provide Fee Schedule/Pricing to 7.2.1, 7.2.2, and 7.2.3. Description of requirements for the services to be acquired: The contractor shall provide consultant services and technical assistance to hospital executive leaders and hospital physician leaders to craft a compact agreement that results in mended and collaborative relationships, which supports patient care coordination and patient centered care. Professional skills involving candid and critical dialogue to get to the heart of the problems, manage emotional conflicts and push backs to derive at meaningful conversations and outcomes, and development and full implementation of a realistic compact agreement that advocates for partnership and cooperation to excel patient care priorities. Services shall be provided in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement. The provision at 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda/s to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2: Evaluation.Commercial Items, applies to the solicitation and the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer/proposal conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
