The purpose of this amendment is as follows. Provide question and answers regarding the published requirement. Provide and updated Performance Work Statement (PWS). Provide an updated pricing schedule, Attachment B, to include the capability of ordering pathogenic waste containers, lab lids for those containers, and dollys. The salient characteristics are included within the PWS. The government intends to own this equipment. 52.212-5 of the synopsis solicitation is hereby amended to now include; [x] (46) 52.225-1, Buy American--Supplies (MAY 2014) (41 U.S.C. chapter 83).
