Description

SECTION A CONTRACT REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, El Paso VA Health Care System located in El Paso, TX requires one (1) Corneal Topography Unit. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, effective November 06, 2017. The solicitation number is 36C25718Q0247, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 339115, Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Delivery will be 90 days after award.
