Description

VETERANS AFFAIRS SEEKING CLINIC SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space with approximately 14,014 of usable square feet (NUSF) in the Zephyrhills, Florida area for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). On-site parking of approximately 84 spaces, surface/outside parking spaces, reserved for the exclusive use of the Government in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other governing standards for persons with disabilities. Properties within the following delineated area will be considered: North: Clinton Ave. South: W. County Line Rd. East: Highway 471 West: Highway 579 Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP 36C248-18-R-0232. Offers are due by Tuesday, January 16, 2018, 4:00 pm EST. All questions regarding RLP 36C248-18-R-0232 shall be submitted via e-mail only to the Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) no later than Wednesday, January 3, 2018, 4:00 pm EST. No questions or requests for clarification will be accepted via phone. All questions will be addressed and posted on FBO. The LCO will issue an amendment to the RLP, with all questions and responses no later than Tuesday, January 9, 4:00 pm EST. If no questions are received, no amendment will be issued. Only the LCO shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease.
