This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332913, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hudson Valley Healthcare System Castle Point Campus, Castle Point, New York 12590 is seeking to purchase Tube Bundle and Gasket set for Engineering. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the following: Supplies Line Item Description Quantity Unit Price Total Price 1. Item#PSHE-646-CC Replacement Tube Bundle and Gasket set for Adamson 6 EA 2. Item#PSHE-237-DD Replacement Tube Bundle and Gasket set for Adamson 2 EA Services Items to be delivered only, no installation required. The delivery/task order period of performance is 12/11/2017-12/29/2017. Delivery shall be provided "no later than 45 days after receipt of order/award of contract". Delivery only required FOB destination Coordinate with warehouse for delivery. The contractor shall deliver line item(s) 1-2 to Hudson Valley Healthcare System Castle Point Campus 41 Castle Point Road, Wappinger falls, NY 12590 warehouse. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for Tube Bundle & Gasket set as defined herein.    The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition." OR "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:" Quoter shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s). Submission shall be received not later than 12/15/2017 @ 10 A.M. at email address listed above. No phone submissions will be accepted.
