DELIVERY OF CUSTOM ENDO PACKS This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice for the identification of potential vendors to provide custom endo packs to be delivered to: Jamaica Plain West Roxbury 150 S. Huntington Avenue 1400 VFW Parkway Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 West Roxbury, MA 02132-4927 A firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) is ultimately anticipated with a delivery performance period from January 15, 2018, through January 14, 2023. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS 339113, Surgical Appliance and supplies manufacturing. The FSC/PSC is 6515. Consistent with the VA's Veterans First Contracting Program, VA is particularly interested in identifying Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and/or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the capability to perform. The contractor will be responsible for provide the custom kits to each facility. The anticipated yearly need between both facilities is 3380 kits. The customer will place orders as the custom kits are needed. Below is a list of the items needed to complete the custom endo kits.
