- Description
- Draft SOW Requirements List The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Depot Maintenance System (NDMS) consists of a portfolio of applications that automate the planning, execution, management, and control of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes across the industrial Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs). In support of the FRCs, NDMS integrates and automates financial, material, production, capacity, time accounting, facility, tool and equipment, hazardous material, environmental, and supply functions. Functionally NDMS is a production system that supports the resources required to perform depot level maintenance, repair, modification of aircraft, engines, components and other aeronautical equipment, and to perform manufacturing and prototyping operations. Currently the FRCs use Quest's TOAD & Shareplex software application for querying and administration of the NDMS Oracle Databases. This includes enterprise-level monitoring and maintenance of all critical business system databases used by the FRCs for workload distribution, aircraft induction, repair scheduling component repair, time and attendance, and financial management. The scope of this action is to establish a Delivery Order for the FRCs, East Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC (FRC-E); Southwest Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island (FRC-SW); Southeast NAS Jacksonville, Florida (Cecil Field) (FRC-SE), and Commander Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD (COMFRC) with Quest brand name term software licenses along with access to version upgrades via the Quest Support Link. W hile the software for use of the existing products is indefinite, the maintenance of particular items such as patches and upgrades will be available under a term license agreement only. This software is required to maintain essential capabilities for the databases used by the FRCs for workload distribution, aircraft induction, repair scheduling component repair, time and attendance, and financial management. The results of this sources sought will be utilized to determine if any small business set-aside opportunities exist. DISCLAIMER THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
