The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Mastel Precision Surgical Instruments, Rapids City, SD, CKC-PRESUNIVMEISTER PRESIDENT, UNIVERSAL, MEISTER, FULL EXTENTION, CKC-PRES2430X8SS PRESIDENT, SUPERSTEALTH TRUNCATED 2.4/3.0, ULTRATHIN Super Stealth Diamond Blade 2.4/3.0 mm, for NAICS code # 339112, applies to this procurement.    The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.    No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.    This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
