Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) (soliciting from a single source) intends to negotiate on a single source award for the purchase of upgrade components and install services for one 3D Discovery Instrument from regenHU SA, Zone industrielle Le Vivier 22, Villaz-St-Pierre, FR, 1690, Switzerland, FG 4 126-653-7200. These items are proprietary in nature with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) only and will be delivered and installed at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN. Parts being ordered are one each: MESW Kit and Component Printhead. NAICS Code is 334516, and Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
