- Solicitation W912DR18Q0010 SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 541191 size standard of $11 Million. A service contract is needed for furnishing and delivering Owner's Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof in the form of preliminary, interim or final policies, certificates of title, interim binders, or endorsements, as appropriate, and Closing Services as set forth in this Scope of Work (SOW). Properties are all located in Middlesex Borough, Middlesex, New Jersey. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Ian.Weiss@usace.army.mil. The preferred method of bid proposal submission is through via email to Ian.S.Weiss@usace.army.mil. Bids may be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 05 December 2017, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors new to the system with the FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in hardcopy format. No phone or fax requests for copies of this solicitation will be accepted. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract.
