Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration seeks to lease office and flex space in the greater Salt Lake City area and will consider existing buildings that are a minimum of approximately 20,000 square feet with room to expand their footprint if necessary. Buildings that are currently office space and/or flex space will be considered. Furthermore, properties that would require an expansion of existing parking will be considered. The specific requirements are as follows: State:UT City:Salt Lake City Delineated Area:North Boundary: 600 North West Boundary: 6000 West East Boundary: Interstate 15 South Boundary: SR 201 (2100 South) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):30,000 (25,000 office, 5,000 warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):32,000 (27,000 office, 5,000 warehouse) Space Type:Office and Flex Space Parking Spaces (Total):105 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):105 Full Term:20 years Firm Term:15 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:The parking spaces will need to be secured by either a structure or fencing. An enclosed structure is preferable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
