Description
The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) is a subordinate command of the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), providing test, engineering, and diverse technical support to MARCORSYSCOM and the Operating Forces. Under the direction of Systems Engineering and Acquisition Logistics (SEAL), MCTSSA provides this technical support to the Commander, MARCORSYSCOM and Portfolio Managers (PfMs) in their mission to acquire and sustain Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) capabilities for the Marine Corps as part of the test and evaluation engineering environment. The Government requirement is to provide engineering and technical support services in the areas of engineering, technical studies and analysis, architecture development and analysis, requirements development, mission thread development as it applies to Marine Corps tactical operations, trade studies to evaluate software and hardware products, review and development of support documentation, and other technical reporting, as required by the Government as it is related to test and integration required by MCTSSA is listed below: • Test and engineering support for the planning and execution of interoperability testing, virtualization engineering and cyber for all Marine Corps systems. • Participation in planning and execution of System of Systems Testing (SoST) test and demonstration events, science & technology demonstrations, data collection and analysis, and post-test event reporting. • Technical and engineering support services in the areas of technical studies and analysis, architecture development and analysis, requirements development, mission support development. • Trade studies to evaluate software and hardware components, review and development of support documentation, and other technical reporting as required. • Provide Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) Planning Yard (MPY) engineering services that incorporate virtualization, network design and cyber support to ensure secure and reliable networks and services for the operating force. • Documentation reviews. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary; and the Government assumes NO responsibility for any costs incurred; and will not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Telephone inquiries will not be entertained, accepted, or acknowledged and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their capability submissions. If your organization has the potential capabilities to perform these contract services, please provide responses and SUBMIT the following: (1) The contractor's experiences on complex and similar requirements as described above; (2) A reference list of relevant DOD contracts within the past three years, to include contract number, dollar value, a brief description of services, and points of contact with phone number; (3) Information related to the contractor's business size and socioeconomic status; (4) GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract number or other Government contracts citing the applicable labor mixes that are authorized under the referenced contract; and (5) A statement as to the capability of providing employees with the required (secret) security clearances.
