- The Government intends to solicit as a full and open solicitation (AMSC 1G). Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: NSN 1377-01-520-9738ES, JM60 CKU-5C/A Catapult Aircraft Ejection Seat for use on the ACES II of the F-16 Aircraft. The government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required.
