- AMENDMENT ONE IS ISSUED TO CHANGE THE BASE YEAR PERFORMANCE PERIOD TO 6 MONTHS FROM 01 APR 18 TO 30 SEP 18; WITH SUBSEQUENT OPTION YEARS (12-MONTHS) THEREAFTER AS NOTED IN AMEND 01 DOCUMENT. REPLACE EXHIBIT A WITH REVISED EXHIBIT A FOR PRICING. THE CONFORMED SOLICITATION INCORPORATES CHANGES. CUTOFF DATE(S) REMAIN UNCHANGED. **The synopsis for this requirement was previously advertised on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website under N32205-17-R-1009 and market research conducted under Sources Sought N32205-17-C-1009** Military Sealift Command (MSC) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Information Technology Governance and Process Support Services (ITGPS). The purpose of the MSC ITGPS contract is to provide IT Governance and Process Support to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (C4) Directorate (N6) Mission Support Division (N63). The Mission Support Division oversees five functional areas that govern the MSC Information Technology and Communications Programs' investment planning, decisions, and execution. The five areas are Knowledge Management, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Funds Execution. Place of Performance includes but is not limited to Contractors' facility, MSC, Naval Base Norfolk, VA and Scott AFB, IL. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. A single, firm-fixed-price contract with reimbursable elements and will consist of a base year and four (4) one-year option periods commencing on 01 April 2018. This requirement is a follow-on to bridge contract N32205-18-C-1000 with Savvee Consulting, Inc. This solicitation is only available electronically on the FBO website. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
