Description

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Design-Build, firm-fixed-price contract for construction of MILCON Project P-3005 Guardian Angel Operations Facility, Aviano, Italy. This will be an unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement. This RFP is to design and build a fully operational Guardian Angels Operations Facility (GAOF) for the 57th Ready Qualified to Stand-by (RQS) Squadron, including Squadron Operations, Warehouse, and Aquatic facilities, at Aviano Air Force Base, Aviano, Italy. The facility must be compatible with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, and Aviano Air Base Installation Design Guide standards. Refer to the attached pre-solicitation notice document for further details.
