- The Army Contracting Command, Warren Michigan, in support of the Light Armored Vehicles Program Management Office, is seeking sources that can provide a quantity of twenty-five (25) Anti-Tank Weapon System (ATWS) Turret Stands to support the Anti-Tank Modernization Program on the Light Armored Vehicle Anti-Tank (LAV-AT) platform. The Government owns the technical data package for the Light Armored Vehicle Turret Stand, provided as an attachment to this Sources Sought Notice. It is the Government's intent to award a Firm-Fixed price contract utilizing full and open competition. The Government will determine how to complete the proposed requirement based on market research, responses to this Sources Sought Notice, and is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought notice. If you feel your company is capable of providing a quantity of 25 ATWS Turret Stands, in accordance with the Government owned Technical Data Package (TDP). 1. Your company's capability/ approach on providing the ATWS Turret Stand in the Government owned Technical Data Package (TDP). 2. A detailed proposed schedule incorporating your company's capability/approach. 3. The estimated price required to fund your company's approach. Disclaimer: This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal, does not constitute a solicitation, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not considered offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Funds are NOT available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this Sources Sought notice. If and when a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on www.fedbit.com and www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor these sites for the releases of any synopsis or solicitation. Please also provide your company business size, active SAM information, and references of your company's capabilities, etc. Submissions shall be emailed to Contract Specialist, Luke Alward at: luke.p.alward.civ@mail.mil All responses are due by COB 11 December 2017, 5:00 p.m. EDT. No late submissions will be reviewed.
