- Sources Sought THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this for market research purposes only. Should a formal solicitation be released, it may be through the Federal Business Opportunities ( http://www.fbo.gov ). The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. DESCRIPTION: Seeking market capability to provide/meet the following minimum requirement: 1. The contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, equipment, and incidentals necessary to troubleshoot and assess the potable water controls system in Buildings 152, 220, 8000 at Malmstrom AFB. 2. Work includes, but is not limited to, a 3-day, on-site assessment of the controls system by a Siemens/Primex-certified (or equivalent) technicican and a detailed report or plan for repairs. Technician should bring all tools, gauges, equipment and parts necessary to troubleshoot system. CAPABILITIES STATEMENT Interested parties are encouraged to submit a capability statement, with brief and concise information, yet clearly demonstrating ability to meet the stated requirements.
