Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Address: 9115 Hague Road Indianapolis, IN 46256. The requirement is for cost per reportable results, to include reagents and supply replenishments. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance shall be from December 8, 2017 to September 30, 2018. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a capability Statement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than December 7, 2017; 10: A.M.CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
