Description

SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for SURVEILLANCE CONCEALMENT KITS prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 (c) (2) (i) and synopsis shall be IAW 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation 70LGLY18QSSB00013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 (Effective November 6, 2017). This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. The business size standard is $27.5 million. Quotes are due no later than December 4, 2017, by 2:00PM. All questions concerning this acquisition must be emailed to annie.price@fletc.dhs.gov no later than Thursday, November 30, 2017 2:00 PM.
