- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Contracting Directorate, located at 205 West D Avenue, Suite 414, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542, intends to enter into a new sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with SRI International, located at 333 Ravenswood Ave., Menlo Park, CA 94025-3453. No foreign participation is permitted. This contract is for software, hardware, design, technical support, and data deliveries in support of the 96th Test Wing's Digital Video Laboratory (DVL) system. The effort will provide the DVL program office with the software and firmware expertise and facilities to facilitate design, development, and test of DVL capabilities for use by operational urgent need customers and the test community. Subject contract is anticipated to be awarded on or before 4th Quarter FY18, and have an ordering period through 4th Quarter FY23 (approximately 60 months). No further deliveries shall be permitted 24 months after the end of the ordering period. Contract cap is set at $91,131,325. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and a Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541715, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
