- Request for Specification Clarification RFQ SOLICITATION No. N5523618Q7007 Synopsis is not required in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13). Commercial Industrial Services (CIS) Pumps and Motors contract is to provide labor, services, equipment, and materials for the testing and installation service of NR-4 & NR-5 Sea Water Cooling Pump onboard the USS RUSSELL (DDG-59). The contractor will be required to provide all labor services and materials in accordance with the established statement of work and all applicable government specifications and regulations. Inspections and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant government representative. The contractor is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror will be required to have a Southwest Regional Maintenance Center approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-004), approved and in place at time of contract award. The applicable NAICS will be "336611" Business size 1,250 employees. Please email the contract specialist for a copy of Technical Manual S6226-DN-MMA-010.
