- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Northeast Region 5, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements, to Burgess & Niple, Inc., of Chantilly, Virginia. This contract is for architectural and engineering observation services to ensure technical compliance of visitor center roof replacement construction project at the Eastern Shore of Virginia National Wildlife Refuge located in Cape Charles, Virginia. The technical specifications used to solicit proposals for construction were designed by Burgess & Niple, Inc. under previously competed IDIQ contracts. Please see attached for additional information. The NAICS code for this contract action is 541330, Engineering Services. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
