- Wage Determination. Questions and Answers Updated COMBO Midnight meals Updated SOW THE SOW HAS BEEN CHANGED: 2. SPECIFIC TASKS 2.1 CONTRACTOR SET-UP. The Contractor will be required to complete all planning, hiring, training of employees, ordering of food and related products, storage and inventory and any other tasks necessary for start-up operations. Services will start in January 2018, or as soon as possible thereafter. The Contractor shall set-up food operations at WAATS within 14-days of award, to enable the Contractor to begin meal service on the 15th day after award. 2.7.2 MEAL SERVICE HOURS 2.7.2.1 NORMAL OPERATING HOURS. The meal serving hours for the dining facility are as follows: In Garrison In Field Breakfast 0600 - 0830 0600 - 0830 Lunch 1130 - 1330 1130 - 1330 Dinner 1700 - 1830 1700 - 1830 Midnight 11:30 - 1230 N/A * Times are subject to change based on training requirements. THE NOTICE HS BEEN CHANGED: Offerors shall forward past performance questionnaires to at least one (1) reference and request that the response be sent directly to 1SG Thomas W. McKendry at email thomas.w.mckendry.mil@mail.mil by the RFQ closing date of 30 November 2017 at 12:00 p.m., Arizona time. Responses sent by the offeror shall not be accepted. All offers are due electronically by 30 November 2017 at 12:00 p.m., Arizona time by email to thomas.w.mckendry.mil@mail.mil. And vasile.insuratelu.mil@mail.mil SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to perform the services identified in the attached SOW. This document must address, at a minimum, the following: 1) prior/current corporate experience performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last 3 years, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether as a prime or subcontractor, contract value, Government point of contact, and a brief description of how the referenced contract relates to the services described in the draft SOW; 2) company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location, DUNS number, and a statement regarding current size status; 3) the company's ability to perform 50% of the work; 4) resources available such as corporate management and currently employed personnel to be assigned to tasks under this effort to include personnel qualifications, specific experience of such personnel and the ability to have personnel located at the performance site specified; 5) company's ability to begin performance upon the anticipated contract start date of 04 January 2018; The capability statement package shall be sent by email to vasile.insuratelu.mil@mail.mil Submissions must be received at the office cited no later than 12:00 p.m. Arizona Time on 30 November 2017. All responses must include the following information: Company name, Company address, Company business size, and point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address. 52.212-2 -- EVALUATION -- COMMERCIAL ITEMS. As prescribed in 12.301(c), the Contracting Officer may insert a provision substantially as follows: Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: The technically acceptable, lowest priced vendor who has no negative past performance shall be awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Task Order Contract. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding
