Description

Attachment 2: Provisions and Clauses Attachment 1: Instruction to Offerors TMT Request for Quote (RFQ) Letter This is a RFQ for TMT Sustainment Support to be awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5 procedures and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. The Government intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price (FFP) contract for TMT Sustainment Support licenses. The clauses and provisions that will be included in this solicitation and contract are listed in Attachment 2, Provision & Clauses. Offeror's quote must include: Completed RFQ Instructions to Offerors (Attachment) Price Quote with specifications This RFQ is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing a quote. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFQ. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer (CO) with appropriate consideration established.
