The performance period is 15-January-2018 (or subsequent date) to 14-January-2019 with four (4) one year option periods. A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility located at 12211 E 56TH Ave., Denver, CO 80239-5301, on 27 November 2017 at 10:00 AM Mountain.
