Attachments I-1 through I-25, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Shared Services Center (NSSC) issues this Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for its Information Technology (IT) end-user services requirements to support NASA headquarters, the ten NASA field centers, and other performance sites. NASA's current end-user environment includes Base Services to include Email and Calendaring, Active Directory Services, IT Security, etc, and Seat Services which includes desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices (cellular, smartphone, and pagers) and multi-functional and desktop printers, the majority which are currently managed in an enterprise seat service model. The new contract is titled NASA End-user Services and Technologies (NEST). This notice relates to the Sources Sought Notice (Reference Number 80NSSC17R0003), posted on FBO in July 2017 and Synopsis (Reference Number 80NSSC18R0002), posted on FBO on October 30, 2017. The NEST Contract is envisioned to increase the productivity of scientists, engineers, and mission support personnel by responsively and efficiently delivering reliable, innovative and secure information technology (IT) services. The End-User Services Program Office (EUSO) oversees the portfolio of services and capabilities associated with end-user services. The scope of EUSO includes the following areas: End-User Device Management, End-User Software Management, Mobile Device Management, Print Device Management, Messaging/Collaboration, Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Services Desk (ESD), Local Service Desks, End-User Standards, and IT Security. The Government intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Price contract with the ability to order Firm-Fixed Price Level-of-Effort Services. The total potential period of performance, to include all options and award terms options is ten years. This procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, using full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services with a size standard of $27.5 million. An "Industry Day" is scheduled from 1:00 to 5:00 PM EST on Wednsday December 6, 2017 in the James E. Webb Auditorium located at NASA HQ, 300 E. Street Southwest Washington, DC 20546-0001. Attendees should log in to the NEST website (see instructions below) and click on the "Industry Day Notice" link for registration instructions. Registration should be submitted on or before 5:00 EST on December 1, 2017. A copy of the "Industry Day" agenda will be posted to the NEST website.
