The Contractor shall provide all Courier Service with a company vehicle and uniformed driver to transport laboratory specimens, except holidays and weekends, from the VA Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) to the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at the VA Medical Center, Iowa City, IA including the locations listed below.
