The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 located at 2002 Scott Boulevard, Temple, TX 76504-7451 is hereby posting this combined synopsis/solicitation to Fed Biz Opps. Solicitation 36C25718Q0155 is issued on behalf of the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTHCS), Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program Office located at 4500 South Lancaster Street, Dallas, TX 75216. The HCHV program requires a vendor to provide up to 26 beds to homeless veterans within the greater Tyler (Smith County) Texas metropolitan area. The average length of stay will be up to 90 days. Please refer to the attached RFQ number 36C25718Q0155 for specific program requirements. Questions from vendors will be received no later than Friday, December 8, 2017 at 12:00 PM CST via e-mail to Jennifer.salerno-diciuccio@va.gov. Answers will be posted via amendment to the solicitation on Fed Biz Opps no later than 12:00 PM CST on Monday, December 11, 2017. Quotes are due no later than Friday, December 22, 2017 at 4:30 PM CST. Quotes will be accepted via e-mail only to Jennifer.salerno-diciuccio@va.gov.
