- This amendment number 0002 is issued for the following reasons: a. To incorporate Amendment Document number 0002 (To be attached later upon completion of system maintenance). b. To incorporate FAA's consolidated response to written questions. c. To incorporate revised attachments. d. To incorporate AMS Clause 3.2.2.3-22 in full text (see amendment document 0002). e. To extend proposal due date from November 28, 2017 to December 5, 2017, 5:00 p.m. EDT. This amendment number 0001 is issued for the purpose of: a. To clarify/simplify CLIN descriptions. See revised CLIN descriptions 0001-0015 in this document. b. To incorporate revised drawings (See Section J list (#12 - 15) c. To incorporate photo/map of junction box locations (See Section J list (#16) d. To incorporate revised Government Furnished Material (GFM) (See Section J list (#17) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to solicit interested and capable contractors for replacement and re-cabling of communication towers (combined projects) at Jacksonville, Florida in accordance with scope/statement of works (SOW)/specifications and drawings. The project estimated price range is between $500K - $700K. This is a competitive procurement and a tiered evaluation method will be used to further support agency's socio-economic goals. Interested contractors are encouraged to periodically check this FAACO website for posting of solicitation amendments. No action is required for this pre-solicitation announcement.
