- Please See Attachment The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Squadron (AFTC/PZIOA) Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a sole source contract to Quasonix, 6025 Schumacher Park Dr., West Chester, OH, 45069-4812, Cage: 3CJA9, to provide the following: Telemetry Transmitter Repair. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order. The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved Justification & Approval. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 334290. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 750 employees. This requirement consists of: CLIN 0001: Replacement of front panel PCB Mdl; QSX-VMR2-1110-10-17AA-CF-PF-AC-RH-EG S/N:6032; 1 ea CLIN 0002: Replacement of front panel PCB Mdl; QSX- VMR2-1110-10-17AA-CF-PF-AC-RH-EG S/N:6116;1 ea CLIN 0003: Repair Evaluation of Airborne TM Transmitters; Mdl: QSX- VMR2-1110-10-17AA-CF-PF-AC-RH-EG S/N: 6103; 1 ea CLIN 0004: Repair Evaluation of Airborne TM Transmitters; Mdl: QSX- VMR2-1110-10-17AA-CF-PF-AC-RH-EG S/N: 6114; 1 ea THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 1100 am CST on 1 December 2017 will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be submitted via email to:Robert.simmons.37@us.af.mil.
