Description

This notice is to publish the Sole Source Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Purchase Order 73351018P0005 was issued to Dulles Hotels, LLC Crowne Plaza 2200 Centreville Road, Herndon, VA 20170. The order was issued under FAR Part 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2). The space was needed immediately to support the disaster efforts for Hurricane Harvey, Irma and Maria. The Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA) has increased its staff dramatically and does not have the office space to support the additional staff. The space is only needed for a couple of months.
