Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price, sole source Delivery Order to Philips Healthcare. The purpose of the order is to obtain equipment maintenance. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, interested contractors may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort via e-mail to Kim Pauley at kim.pauley@va.gov. Capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
