Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to modify purchase order VA241-17-P-0295 to exercise Option Year 1 in accordance with FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The purchase order is for maintenance of the Spectranetics CVX300 Excimer Laser located at the West Roxbury VAMC with Spectranetics. Spectranetics is the manufacturer of the equipment, and due to proprietary technology and sole access to OEM parts, Spectranetics is the only vendor who can provide the maintenance service. Purchase order VA241-17-P-0295 was awarded to Spectranetics on 12/1/2016. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.
