Description

This requirement is 100% full and open competition to all business concerns. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Butler VA Medical Center will be soliciting quotes under Solicitation number 36C24418Q0003 to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide asbestos, lead, mold, and abatement services. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and most to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 562910 Remediation Services and Product Service Code (PSC) F108 Hazardous Substance Removal, Cleanup, and Disposal Services. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is 36C24418Q0003. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about November 21, 2017. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
