Data is claimed to be proprietary to Boeing and is protected under the "Government Purpose License Rights" (GPLR) The right of the government, to use that data to purchase this part from additional sources has been established under the "Government Purpose License Rights", settlement agreement in CL. CT.#309-89C., to provide the DOD procuring agencies the use of the data claimed to be proprietary by Boeing for competitive reprocurement of replenishment spares.
