Description
PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT ENVIROMENTAL SAFETY & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being solicited as unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 811490, Other Personal and Household Goods Repair and Maintenance, with a business size standard of $7.5 million. The Product Service Code Class is J066. All vendors submitting a quote shall be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington has a requirement for a Hardness Tester Maintenance Services. SEE THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS. 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Cage Code or Duns number of the Offeror; on the attached supplemental information sheet 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 12:00 P.M Pacific on November 20, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to: angela.charpia@navy.mil All questions must be submitted in writing by 13:00 P.M. Pacific on November 17, 2017. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about November 22, 2017. Contractors are encouraged to register with the FedBizOpps Vendor Notification Service.
