- Arc Flash Risk Assessment & Labeling using the Incident Energy Analysis Method to the standards of NFPA 70E, IEEE 184, and NEC. The Arc Flash Program shall consist of: SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The 460th Contracting Flight located at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado is conducting a market survey with the intent of determining the interest, capabilities and qualifications of potential small businesses in providing provide preventative maintenance support for the equipment items listed in the attached Statement of Objectives for 460 SCS, Buckley Air Force Base. A firm requirement has not yet been established, but a DRAFT PWS has been attached. This PWS is subject to change prior to the release of an official solicitation. SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The 460 th Contracting Flight located at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado is conducting a market survey with the intent of determining the interest, capabilities and qualifications of potential small businesses in providing provide preventative maintenance support for the equipment items listed in the attached Statement of Objectives for 460 SCS, Buckley Air Force Base. A firm requirement has not yet been established, but a DRAFT PWS has been attached. This PWS is subject to change prior to the release of an official solicitation. The Contractor shall be required to provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment in order to perform in accordance with the draft PWS. All Contractors interested in supplying these services may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by supplying r esponses that should include: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, phone number & email (2) Verification of System for Award Management (SAM) registration (3) Identification of company size status certifications, i.e. 8(a), HUB Zone, SDVOSB, small business. (4) Proof of experience and/or capabilities (Responses shall be limited to ten (10) pages) THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. Please note that this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for quote, or an announcement of a solicitation. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) is 541330, Engineering Services. This NAICS has a small business size standard of $15 million. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. Respondents will not be notified of the results of information gathered in response to this notice.
