Description

Please see below question that was asked by multiple interest parties and the answer to the question. Q: What size rail is in the system? A: This is a 115 pound track, (7) bumber 8 turnouts with wedge block braces and 51-A New Century switch stands. “Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. " Please see the attached solicitation, statement of work (SOW), quality assurance plan (QASP) and wage determination for railroad maintenance and inspection at Shaw AFB. All questions shall be submitted by 15 November 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. This solicitation closes on 30 November 2017 at 2:00 PM EST.
