Description

Question 5. Is purified water acceptable? Answer 5. No, it must be natural spring water. Question 6. Will everything be delivered to one spot in DC? Answer 6. Yes, all deliveries will be made to the U.S. Capitol building. Question 7. Will there be a forklift on-site to unload each delivery? Answer 7. Yes, Architect of the Capitol (AOC) staff will be responsible for unloading the delivery at the Capitol Visitors' Center (CVC) loading dock with a forklift. The delivery will then be brought into the building by Capitol Facilities staff. Vendor will be required to go through off-site inspection before accessing the CVC loading dock. Instructions will be provided to the awardee. Question 8. How long after the winning bid is awarded would the fulfillment of the contract begin? Answer 8. The contract will begin December 1, 2017. **PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO NOON ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2017. **
