- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate for a competitive Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial services award in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting By Negotiation. The Training and Education Command (TECOM), Aviation Standards Branch (ASB) has established a requirement for technical, analytical, and programmatic support to implement and sustain mission capabilities through continued execution of efforts to deploy and support Marine Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (M-SHARP), enhance functionality of the application to fully support the Fleet Marine Forces, Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) and Aviation Training System (ATS) needs of Marine aviation.
