- JOTFOC Description: The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Superior Lidgerwood Mundy Corporation for the following services Technical Representative for testing and inspection of carriage and centerline winch. Superior Lidgerwood Mundy Corporation is the OEM/Technical authority for this system and has the limited proprietary information to complete repairs. Required Delivery Date: 04 December 2017 This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC BERTHOLF. Vendor will provide all the services listed above. NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 PST 17 November 2017 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation is restricted to: Superior Lidgerwood Mundy Corporation Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Superior Lidgerwood Mundy Corporation.
