Description
Attachment 2 - Packing List/Material Verification Form Attachment 1 - Notice of Availability RFQ The requirement identified by the United States Government (USG) on behalf of the Government of Egypt (GoE) is to procure three Maintenance Man-Lifts ('Boom Lifts') to support corrective and preventative maintenance activities for the GoE's TPS-59 Radar systems. The Contractor shall deliver three Boom Lifts with trailers in addition to a two year spares package and technical documentation in the form of User/Operator Manuals to support operation and maintenance of the Lifts. MCSC plans to award one firm-fixed price commercial contract for the items described above. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333923 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Award will be made to a single vendor offering on all contract line items utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach. The RFQ is available online and includes all documents of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be issued. No hard copy of the RFQ is available at this time. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the RFQ. The complete RFQ package, including amendments, should be downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFQ to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Offerors are instructed to hold all questions until the RFQ has been issued. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY POINT DURING THE RFQ PROCESS. All communication shall be through the contracting office via email. Prospective vendors are cautioned against unauthorized communication with the source selection team. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered into the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
