Description

Questions and Answer 06 Nov 2017 This modification is to provide detail of a recent question and answer to this request for quote. Questions: Is the requirement for the contractor to procure the harness assemblies from the OEM and distribute them to Government through this contract? If not, please elaborate on the requirement. Is the requirement to build 17 different cable types and deliver various quantities in 8 lots? And if so, with no data package included with the synopsitation, would the Government consider providing each cable assembly as GFP for reverse engineering as well as the commodity T.O IPB to as GFP for our source data? Answer: This is not a build to print, these are for commercial cables from Glenair or equivalent cables that can meet or exceed the salient characteristics provided. The government does not intend to provide additional items of GFP than already stated in the solicitation.
