- Synopsis of contract award for Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Deliver Order Modification N61340-12-G-0001-000306 for the F/A-18C/D and EA-18G Tactical Operational Flight Trainer (TOFT) Information Assurance (IA) and Configuration Management (CM) Implementation Program to fund the completion of IA efforts for 2017 that was previously exercised in January of this year. Sole source authority under statutory of 10 U.S.C.(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6-302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The requirements included under this effort are within the scope of the BOA N61340-12-G-0001 and covered under Class Justification and Approval (CJ and A) 11-5837. This synopsis also intends to meet the requirement of FAR 6.305)(a) and (d).
