- Draft PWS for Post-Wide Construction Requirement THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET RESEARCH. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market research DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Facilities Branch is conducting this sources sought market research to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling the Post-Wide Construction requirements. The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support a contract for Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) for Post-Wide Construction under NACIS code 236220. The purpose of this Market Research is to provide: real property maintenance, alteration, renovation, new construction, building demolition and repair; base utility maintenance and repair; environmental related services such as asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement, industrial hygienist's services, soil and gas laboratory analysis, UXO testing and monitoring. The Contractor shall provide all services, materials and supplies, and perform all labor necessary for performing construction work in the Aberdeen and Edgewood Areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Harford County, Maryland in accordance with the specifications herein and within the terms of the contract. Attached is a DRAFT copy of the PWS. Interested contractors are encouraged to make comments, via email, to the DRAFT PWS. Solicitation for these services will be issued on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity basis. The Government will award a maximum of five (5) contracts as a result of the solicitation. The contractor must be able to support all technical, operational, safety, interoperability, and security testing requirements. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. THIS REQUIREMENT, WHEN SOLICITED, WILL BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES UNDER THE 8(A) PRGRAM. Please submit all responses not later than November 21, 2017 @ 9:00 AM eastern time (ET).
