- Description
- (Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date). The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will issue a proposal for providing Mobile Telephone Services to the U.S. Embassy in Brussels. This is a fixed price indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract for supplies or services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule. The requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government plans to launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website during the month of November, 2017. Note: Please see the RFQ for the actual response date. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
