Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT 7FL2445 - General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Orlando Delineated Area: Orange County Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 25 Months Firm Term: 16 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The Government is posting this notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in Leasing approximately 7,500 – 8,000 contiguous Usable Rentable Square Feet (USF) of office & related space with 2 structured parks. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 7,500 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet. The lease term requirement is for twenty five months / sixteen months firm (25 mths/16 mths firm). The offered premises must be within the defined delineated area as shown and must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS) and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Owners or exclusive agents who represent a location they feel would present an economically advantageous location opportunity may submit an expression of interest per the instructions below. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare. Building name/address and the location of available space within the building; 2. Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3. ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and the expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, and must be fully serviced; 4. Building ownership information; 5. Amount of parking available onsite; 6. Energy Efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; 7. List of building Services provided; 8. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered; 9. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; 10. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement; 11. Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission. The Government’s decision regarding whether or not to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. In the event that a potential offeror fails to provide specific rental rate or other required information as part of its response to this advertisement, the Government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government’s requirements.
